Development models continue to evolve and the real estate industry is transforming itself to deliver the residential, commercial and office property that will be in high demand for the next generation. Demographics and research point to trends in transit oriented development; walkable vibrant neighborhoods; sustainability and public private partnerships that will alter how we plan, design and construct new buildings and places. Our panel will address state of the market research as well as offer background on the rapidly changing development market.
