Arcadia Land Company is the developer of Robeson Woods, a proposed cluster / open space development located in Robeson Township, Berks County.

Robeson Woods is a 336 acre conservation community of 187 new homes on lots between 10,000 and 20,000 square feet, with 70% of the site conserved as permanent open space.  The majority of lots abut open space woodlands or meadow and the plan includes sidewalks and walking trails.
