New Daleville
Londonderry Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania
Status:
Under Construction
Arcadia
Land Company, in partnership with Cornerstone Communities, is
developing New Daleville, a proposed Traditional Neighborhood
Development (TND) located in Londonderry Township, Chester County.
Surrounded
by the horse farms and conservation lands of the famed King Farm, New
Daleville will be a charming walkable village inspired by the hamlets
and villages of Chester County. With a 3.7 mile network of walking
trails and sidewalks, and 52 acres of open space including 4.17 acres
of pocket parks, a tot lot and picnic grove, New Daleville will be a
place where residents can leave behind their cars for exercise or
convenience. New Daleville will have strict architectural guidelines to
promote classic regional styles and to preserve property values over
time. Deep front porches, recessed garages, and a prohibition on
“cookie cutter” house design ensure that New Daleville will be among
the most attractive new neighborhoods in Chester County.
Arcadia
and Cornerstone have worked cooperatively with the Township to fulfill
their vision for a village center in Daleville. New Daleville includes
125 single-family homes on an approximately 90-acre site. Homes are
being constructed by Ryan Homes and DSK Inc. marketed by Signature
Group Real Estate Services.
