New Daleville Status: Under Construction Arcadia Land Company, in partnership with Cornerstone Communities, is developing New Daleville, a proposed Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) located in Londonderry Township, Chester County. Surrounded by the horse farms and conservation lands of the famed King Farm, New Daleville will be a charming walkable village inspired by the hamlets and villages of Chester County.
