Arcadia Land Company is the developer of Octorara Glen, a cluster/open space development located in Sadsbury Township, Chester County.
Octorara Glen is a conservation community of new homes on half-acre lots with 45% of the site conserved as permanent open space. The majority of lots abut open space woodlands or meadow and the plan includes sidewalks and walking trails.

The 47-acre site was designed under the cluster option of Sadsbury Township’s R-1 zoning ordinance. In addition to the 42 new homes, two existing structures, including a historic farmhouse, will remain and will be integrated into the community.
