Sadsbury Park Status: Final Plan Approval Arcadia Land Company has proposed a Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND), called “Sadsbury Park,” in historic Sadsburyville, Chester County. With an abundance of amenities including a swimming pool and community center, tot lots, pocket parks and common greens, a measured jogging trail and 33 acres of preserved natural lands, Sadsbury Park will offer a quality of life unmatched in Chester County. Sadsbury Park will have strict architectural guidelines to promote a variety of classic regional styles and to preserve high property values over time. It will be a community for all ages with housing options from large single-family homes to spacious townhomes. Homes will be constructed by Ryan Homes, and Gemcraft Homes. With broad sidewalks and deep front porches, Sadsbury Park is meant to be a neighborly place with a strong sense of local identity. Sadsbury Park is proposed on 136 acres located immediately adjacent to Sadsbury Township’s Sadsburyville Village District (SVD).
