Sadsbury Park Status: Final Plan Approval Arcadia Land Company has proposed a Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND), called “Sadsbury Park,” in historic Sadsburyville, Chester County. Sadsbury Park, a new old-fashioned village, is about to take root in Sadsburyville, Pennsylvania. With an abundance of amenities including a swimming pool and community center, tot lots, pocket parks and common greens, a measured jogging trail and 33 acres of preserved natural lands, Sadsbury Park will offer a quality of life unmatched in Chester County. Sadsbury Park will have strict architectural guidelines to promote a variety of classic regional styles and to preserve high property values over time. It will be a community for all ages with a wide range of housing options from large single-family homes to spacious townhomes to condominium apartments.
