Sadsbury Park
Sadsbury Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania

Status: Final Plan Approval

Arcadia Land Company has proposed a Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND), called “Sadsbury Park,” in historic Sadsburyville, Chester County.

Sadsbury Park, a new old-fashioned village, is about to take root in Sadsburyville, Pennsylvania. With an abundance of amenities including a swimming pool and community center, tot lots, pocket parks and common greens, a measured jogging trail and 33 acres of preserved natural lands, Sadsbury Park will offer a quality of life unmatched in Chester County. Sadsbury Park will have strict architectural guidelines to promote a variety of classic regional styles and to preserve high property values over time. It will be a community for all ages with a wide range of housing options from large single-family homes to spacious townhomes to condominium apartments.  Homes will be constructed by Ryan Homes, NV Homes and Gemcraft Homes.  With broad sidewalks and deep front porches, Sadsbury Park is meant to be a neighborly place with a strong sense of local identity.

Sadsbury Park is proposed on 136 acres located immediately adjacent to Sadsbury Township’s Sadsburyville Village District (SVD). Sadsbury Park will include approximately 460 homes and more than 57 acres of open space. Bike trails and sidewalks will conveniently link Sadsbury Park to the nearby commercial establishments in Sadsburyville.

Location:
South of historic Sadsburyville to the east of Old Wilmington Road, just minutes from the Airport Road exit of the Rt. 30 Bypass.
