Arcadia Land Company is the developer of Woodmont, a Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) located in Lower Moreland Township, Montgomery County.

A Walk in the Park
Woodmont, planned by nationally-known Torti Gallas and Partners, has been designed for walking.  Broad sidewalks and walking trails connect homes to pocket parks, playgrounds, and the corner store.  At Woodmont, walking is a pleasure.

High architectural standards
Woodmont is a design-driven community. Our Town Architect is from Looney Ricks Kiss (LRK), the town architects of Disney’s award-winning Celebration community.  Every home at Woodmont will be carefully reviewed and approved by LRK.  To encourage a rich array of architectural styles, Woodmont will be built by multiple homebuilders—just like the best old communities in the area.

Pocket Parks, playgrounds and the corner store
Woven throughout the streets and lanes of Woodmont are five landscaped pocket parks, walking trails, and a children’s playground.  If you want a newspaper and cup of coffee, the Woodmont corner store is just down the block. Small neighborhood shops and offices are also planned.
