Colin Murt began his career at Arcadia Land Company as an intern in 2022 and has served as a Development Associate since 2023. In this role, Colin is actively involved in all phases of the real estate development process, with a focus on project management, entitlements, public engagement, and market research. He works closely with community members, industry professionals, and public officials to help guide projects from concept to implementation.
Colin is a proud member of the Arcadia team and aspires to create walkable and vibrant communities that contribute to the long-term vitality of our region.
Colin holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate license and is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He has completed a certificate program in Real Estate Investing & Analysis through Wharton Online and completed the Pennsylvania Municipal Planning Institute’s “Course in Zoning.”
Colin earned his degree in Business Management summa cum laude from Widener University, where he was a member of the Honors Program and twice served as captain of the football team.
