In his position at Arcadia, Jesse oversees various responsibilities for the firm in areas of acquisitions, entitlements, finance, and construction.
Previously, Jesse held a position managing acquisitions with a prominent mid-rise multifamily developer specializing in urban and suburban redevelopment. During his tenure, responsibilities contributed to approximately $400 Million worth of total development in several emerging Philadelphia metro area markets.
Jesse has a degree in Business Law from Temple University, and subsequently completed a certificate program in Construction Management, he also holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate License, and is a member of the Congress for New Urbanism (CNU).
