Haverford, PA – Arcadia is pleased to announce that Dreycott Lane has been recognized by the Delaware Valley Smart Growth Alliance jury as a good example of smart growth development in the region.

Dreycott Lane will be a luxury condominium building located in the heart of Haverford, Pennsylvania.  Located across from the Haverford College arboretum, near the Haverford Train Station, and a five-minute walk from the Merion Cricket Club, Dreycott Lane’s 44 homes will enjoy professional concierge services, private underground parking, a fitness club, outdoor terraces, and a classic design by renowned New York area architect, Dean Marchetto, AIA.

Dreycott Lane is in the Main Line’s most beloved village—Haverford.  Haverford’s vibrant mix of shops, restaurants, schools, clubs, transportation, and top-tier services make it one of the Main Line’s most walkable communities.  A limited amount of Class A space will be available in Dreycott Lane for professional organizations.

The Delaware Valley Smart Growth Alliance (DVSGA), a non-profit collaboration of more than 100 government, private sector and non-profit organizations in the tri-state region, recognizes development proposals that comply with established smart growth criteria. Projects that receive DVSGA recognition are those that will foster regional growth and redevelopment in a manner that achieves important economic, environmental and quality of life objectives. By highlighting the potential of smart growth projects to add value to the region, the DVSGA hopes to encourage developers, business organizations, citizen groups and elected officials to strive for smart growth solutions.
