Arcadia Land Company’s Woodmont community in Lower Moreland, PA receives the 2009 Land Development Award from the Montgomery County Planning Commission. The commissioners recognized Woodmont for its collaborative effort and creative site design, which utilizes “traditional neighborhood design principles to create a pedestrian-friendly community.”
