On Friday, March 30, Jason Duckworth moderated the 8th Annual Delaware Valley Smart Growth Alliance Smart Growth Symposium “Smart Growth: Why is it so hard here?” He was joined by panelists Russell A. Archambault, Vice President and Principal, RKG Associates, Thomas J. Comitta, AICP, CNU, RLA, ASLA, President, Thomas Comitta Associates, Inc., and Seth Shapiro, President, Nauset Group & Development Consultant. Each panelist gave a presentation on their smart growth projects and a survey was conducted with audience members to understand the challenges that smart projects face.
