In spring of 2003, Arcadia Land Company and our builder, Cornerstone Communities, completed the development of Inverness Glen, a conservation community. Inverness Glen includes 25 luxury single-family homes on a 42-acre site.
Adjacent to the Pennypack Ecological Restoration Trust in beautiful Huntingdon Valley, Inverness Glen is the first community in Lower Moreland to preserve at least a third of the community’s land as permanent open space. Our landscape design at Inverness Glen emphasized the use of native plants and the removal of invasive and exotic ones. This effort reflects the Pennypack Ecological Restoration Trust’s objective of restoring the ecological health of local woodlands.
