December 2014. The Borough Council of Hatboro passes the LI-TOD overlay district to allow residential townhouse development on industrially zoned property near the Borough’s SEPTA station. The property owners of Station Park have engaged Arcadia Land Company to pursue a townhouse development under this new overlay at the corner of Fulmore Avenue and S. Warminster Road.
