Rich Wilson and Jason Duckworth presented at the Pennsylvania Downtown Center’s annual conference in Lancaster, PA on June 9, 2015. Rich Wilson moderated a panel on the revitalization of downtown Ambler, PA while Jason Duckworth spoke on the surge in demand for new residential construction in traditional walkable towns. Media Borough amends zoning code along Baltimore Avenue. February 23, 2015
The amendment to the zoning code will allow town homes and additional height to apartment buildings in the Highway Business Office district along Baltimore Avenue near the west edge of the Borough.

Hatboro’s LI-TOD overlay district approved December 1, 2014
December 2014. The Borough Council of Hatboro passes the LI-TOD overlay district to allow residential townhouse development on industrially zoned property near the Borough’s SEPTA station. The property owners of Station Park have engaged Arcadia Land Company to pursue a townhouse development under this new overlay at the corner of Fulmore Avenue and S. Warminster Road. Stay tuned for further details as the project progresses.
