Chester County 2020 honored Joe Duckworth with its Lifetime Achievement Award at a reception on April 27, 2017. Joe was recognized for his advocacy of responsible land use in Chester County through his service to the Chester County Planning Commission and for creating walkable communities through his work at Arcadia Land Company.
