Arcadia’s project, Wayne Glen was featured in a recent article in Development magazine titled “Better Stormwater Management For a Better Bottom Line.” The article focuses on commercial and mixed use developments that include innovative stormwater management techniques.

Toll Brothers, a name tied luxury homebuilding is entering the condo market with its City Living division. In response to the demand from young professionals and downsizing baby boomers, Toll has 10 condo developments under way in New York City, and recently announced its first condo in the Washington, DC area.
